We’re always on a path of continuous improvement. Askon first adopted TQM (Total Quality Management) in 2015. Since then, Askon has embarked on an ongoing pursuit of continuous improvement through the use of emerging process improvement tools. We consistently apply value engineering to lower the cost, to streamline processes, and to improve efficiencies.
